Target group: 15 adult learners from different European countries

The aim of the workshop is to develop participants’ individual and social skills, relevant to their personal development and learning needs. During the workshop, the participants’ creativity, teamwork skills, self-confidence and readiness for collaboration with others will be enhanced.

Main activities of the Workshop are planned following the prototype of the School Olympic Games, where each activity gives us the possibility to learn and/or experience some new knowledge, skill or value.

The programme of the Workshop consists of different forms of activities, which give the participants as well as trainers better possibilities to involve them to the learning process and create possibility to lear from each others. The participants are expected to use their knowledge in their home countries, organising the model of the School Olympic Games for introducing Estonian culture as well as creating a bases for uniting their community.
